We are now Ohio TRiO.
Who We Are Ohio TRiO is a community of professionals committed to helping students who
want to achieve success in school and in life. We work with TRIO and other
educational opportunity programs that help participants prepare for and succeed in postsecondary
education. TRIO programs receive funding from the United States Department
of Education. We offer a variety of services to help our participants
achieve success. Our participants come from low-income and working families,
and most will be members of the first generation in their family to attend
college. TRIO program services include

is a member of MAEOPP,
the Mid-America Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel, one of the 10
regional associations that comprise the Council for
Opportunity in Education. TRIO programs in Ohio receive funding from the
U.S. Department of Education,
Office of Federal TRIO Programs. Ohio TRiO is a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt
organization.
